SCREENS and misc in-dash entertainment

There are several options here, from screens mounted in the headrests, visors, rear view mirror, center consoles, dashboards or any other place you wish. They can entertain with DVD movies, video games, satellite TV, reg. TV, PC’s, VCR’s, camcorders, video iPods or any other video source. Dash mounted screens are primarily used for more informative things like navigation, in-car computers, back-up or baby-view cameras and media information. Again, factory fit and finish fabrication is what we provide.

2004 GMC Denali Here is a challenge, put a 15.4" LCD screen in a GM dash. The original monitor came out of an Accele overhead flip down unit. The install required relocating the radio (now Eclipse) and climate control to the center console as well as some extensive plastic work.

2003 BMW X5 4.6L In Germany if you get navigation in your BMW it will most likely come with a TV tuner. NAV-TV imports these factory units and converts them to U.S. specs and gives them an Aux. A/V input for DVD etc. They work great and look absolutely factory, because they are.

2002 Cadillac Escalade The center console is now home to an Alpine 6.5" screen. The area used to house a clock and a board computer. The computer was moved to were the ashtray used to be and both pieces were covered in Gucci material to match the seats and other trim panels.

2001 Honda Prelude Once a vent and a digital clock resided here. But they were sacrificed to make room for this 7" Eclipse screen. 2002 Hummer H2 Bigger is better, but this Accele 10.4" LCD screen looks right at home in this big dash. This sometimes requires moving the climate control to the lower section. Piece of cake, seeing how it's only two screws and Porsche sells the trim piece for $7.

The vents and climate control panel were modified to accommodate this odd-shaped screen. The radio was replaced with an Alpine that was moved into the original upper pocket location.

2004 Toyota Sienna Wow, this was a tough dash to do. At the time of this install no kits were available so the entire upper dash section was custom made out of ABS plastic. It was rounded in every direction, similar to covering a basketball with a flat piece of plastic. The end result was a complicated three-dimensional dash piece that was color and texture matched to the factory dash and houses a Eclipse DVD navigation unit / stereo.
